Delivery

How and when your order gets to you.

Dispatch

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are often dispatched the same day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

UK delivery

Please allow up to seven working days for your order to arrive. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you pay. Standard delivery is £4.99 and express delivery is £6.99. Orders of £40 or more are delivered free.

Overseas delivery

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only. We are working on international delivery and will add it here as soon as it is available.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived within seven working days of dispatch, email elysium.relief@outlook.com with your order number and we will chase it. Please check with your neighbours and look for a card from the carrier first — that solves it more often than not.

We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, by weather, or by an incorrect address supplied at checkout. Please do check your address before you pay.
