How to use
A little, worked in.
There is no complicated routine. Take a small amount, massage it into the muscle you want to work on, and let it settle.
Before you start
Open it, and take a little.
The gel is thick and white. A small amount goes a long way — most people use less than they expect to on the first go.
Work it in until it disappears rather than leaving a layer sitting on the surface. It should not feel greasy once it has absorbed.
The ritual
A small amount. Massaged in.
No complicated routine. Take a little, work it into the muscle, and let it settle. Repeat whenever you want it.

None of it is complicated. These are the questions people ask most often before their first tub.

Every time you try a new cosmetic
Start with a patch test
Put a small amount on the inside of your forearm, leave it overnight, and check the skin in the morning. If it looks and feels normal, you are good to go.
This matters more with a botanical formula than a synthetic one — essential oils contain naturally occurring allergens, and a patch test is how you find out where you stand before you use it properly.
The short version It takes one evening, and it is the single most useful thing you can do before the first full use.

Legs, shoulders, lower back
Where people use it
Calves and thighs after a long day on your feet. Shoulders and the base of the neck if you have been at a desk. The lower back, and forearms if you work with your hands.
Keep it away from your eyes, and off broken or irritated skin.
The short version Anywhere on the body you want to work a muscle — it is a body gel, not a face product.
Questions
Using it.
How much should I use?
Start with about a pea-sized amount and add more if you need it. It spreads further than most people expect, and using more does not make it work harder.
How often can I use it?
As often as you like. It is made for everyday use. Wash your hands afterwards.
How long does it take to absorb?
Under a minute if you work it in properly. If it still feels wet after that, you have probably used a bit too much.
Can I use it before or after exercise?
Whenever suits you. Plenty of people use it in the evening simply because that is when they have the time.
Will it mark my clothes?
Let it absorb fully before you dress. Once it has soaked in there is nothing left on the surface to transfer.
