The gel
Using it.
What does it feel like on the skin?
Cooling, then it settles. The gel absorbs rather than sitting on the surface, so it does not leave a heavy residue behind.
How often can I use it?
Apply a small amount and massage in until absorbed. Reapply as needed. It is made for everyday use.
What is actually in it?
An aloe vera gel base with lavender, marjoram, black pepper and eucalyptus essential oils. The full list is set out and explained on the Ingredients page.
Does it have a scent?
Yes, and it comes from the oils themselves — mainly lavender and eucalyptus. Nothing synthetic is added for fragrance. It fades as the gel absorbs.
Which size should I start with?
The 50ml is the easiest way to try it. The 100ml is the size most people come back for, and the 150ml is the best value if you already know you like it.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight, with the lid screwed back on.
Delivery & returns
Getting it to you.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are usually dispatched the next working day, or the same day if placed before 2pm. Please allow up to seven working days.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout and shown in full before you pay. See the Delivery page for the detail.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Yes. Times vary by destination, and any customs or import charges are payable by you on arrival — they are not included in what you pay us.
Can I cancel my order?
You have 14 days from the day you receive it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Because this is a cosmetic, the tub must be unopened — see Returns & Refunds for the full position.
Something arrived damaged
Email us and we will replace it or refund you in full, including postage both ways. Nothing to pay and no need to argue the point.
Safety

A cosmetic, not a medicine. A few sensible things to know before your first use.
- For external use only.
- Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
- Patch-test before use and leave overnight.
- Wash your hands after use.
- Stop use if any reaction occurs.
- You must be 18 or over to order.
