Where is my order?

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day and take up to seven working days to arrive. If it has been longer than that, email us with your order number and we will chase it. Full details are on the Delivery page.

I want to return something

You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel. Because this is a cosmetic, unopened tubs can be returned but opened ones cannot, unless faulty. See Returns & Refunds.

I need to check an ingredient

The full list is set out on the Ingredients page. If you have an allergy and want us to check the label for you, just ask.

I have had a reaction

Stop using it, wash the area, and email us with the batch number from the tub if you can find it. We take this seriously and will always look into it.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not been dispatched yet, email us straight away with the correct address and we will amend it. Once it is with the carrier we cannot redirect it.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. Times vary by destination, and any customs or import charges are payable on arrival — they are not included in what you pay us. See Delivery.

Is it suitable if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

We do not recommend it. Please speak to your midwife, pharmacist or doctor before using any product containing essential oils.

Can I use it on my face?

No — it is a body gel and is not formulated for facial skin. Keep it away from your eyes, and off broken or irritated skin.

Do you offer wholesale or trade orders?

Get in touch using the form and tell us roughly what you are after. We will come back to you with what is possible.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?

There is an unsubscribe link at the foot of every email we send. You can also just ask us and we will take you off the list.
