How the contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email you to confirm dispatch — that is the point a contract exists between us. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

Who can order

You must be 18 or over to order from this site.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay. We take payment at the point of order. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before dispatching rather than simply cancelling.

Delivery

See our Delivery page for dispatch and delivery times. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us.

Cancellation and returns

You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Full details, including the hygiene exception that applies to opened cosmetics, are on our Returns & Refunds page.

Product information and safe use

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and no product is offered to treat, cure or prevent any condition. The full ingredients list is set out on our Ingredients page — please read it, patch-test before first use, and stop using the product if any reaction occurs. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a known allergy, speak to a pharmacist or doctor first.

We photograph our products carefully, but colours can vary slightly between screens.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. We are not liable for business losses, as our products are supplied for private use.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photography, branding and design — belongs to Elysium Relief and may not be reproduced without permission.

Complaints

If something has gone wrong, email elysium.relief@outlook.com and we will reply within three working days. If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to use an alternative dispute resolution scheme or the courts.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in its courts. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your own country.
