All Elysium Relief products are topical gels intended for external use only. Our products are formulated from natural ingredients including an aloe vera gel base with Lavender, Marjoram, Black Pepper, and Eucalyptus essential oils.

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and usage instructions are provided in good faith and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. We reserve the right to update formulations and will update product information accordingly.

Our products are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a medical condition or are taking medication, please consult your GP before use.

For external use only. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children.

Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. The formula contains essential oils that are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before first use. Apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and leave overnight. If you experience any redness, irritation, or allergic reaction, discontinue use immediately and wash the affected area thoroughly with soap and water.

Wash hands after application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Elysium Relief accepts no liability for any adverse reactions arising from failure to follow the usage instructions or safety guidance provided.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information provided is accurate and complete.

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed. Elysium Relief is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Free UK delivery is available on qualifying orders. Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the address specified in your order.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at info@elysium-relief.co.uk.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns of opened products unless they are faulty or not as described. Unopened products may be returned in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 are not affected by these terms.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design — is the property of Elysium Relief and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elysium Relief shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information collected through this website or in connection with your order is used solely to process and fulfil your order, and to communicate with you about your purchase.
